one more week

This weekend was the painting party at the new school. Our ceiling is now a bright white. Next Saturday, after the 10am class, we move! Tear out the old mats and foam pad, move the desk, the kick bags.... all that stuff.

I'll be so glad when all this busy-ness can be replaced and we go back to just our usual busy lives.... aaack! Certainly there will be plenty left to do after the move.... but, we'll be on a more relaxed schedule. We can't relax yet.... too much left to fall in place so we can have our first class open up Monday, Feb 6th.

On to weather.....

Chicago is weird.... a week ago Thursday, it was nearly 60 degrees... the kids were out on the trampoline without coats and winter gear. The next day we were hit with 6-8 inches of snow. The past 2 days it's been warm enough to rain.... and it's just about all gone again. Only to be replaced with mud. Ick!

But, before the rain came... we had an awesome sunrise Thursday morning.....
